Eat at your own risk: Halloween Card & Goodies

Clear & Simple Stamps has some new Halloween sets that
easily pair up with multiple other sets. Today I paired up
Party Elements: 31 and Quotes: IV with the perfect sentiment from
Sweet Sentiments: Holidays.... Eat at your own risk.

The bench is from Rag Doll Scenes 3 and the veggies are from Rag Doll House Stand.

CSS also has some cool treat bag topper dies and coordinating stamps.
Not to mention the clear bags and other packaging options....

These Topper Fillers stamps are so versatile.
They can work for any occasion just coordinate the ink color.

CSS Collection 8: day 3

I love this time of year.... teacher projects, fall projects and Halloween projects!!
Halloween is too short of a holiday, don't cha think?
I will surely decorate our front porch October 1st..... cobwebs and all!

Well, Collection 8 can help with those Halloween stamping ideas you have brewing about.

I made some goodies for my kiddos and my man. Each of them will get a goody box filled with their favorite treats and itty bitty card with their name on it. They will have to share the felt plush bat.

Here's a view of the back of each little card.

For each card I made a 3 x 3 base and cut a label or tag from each.
Jake's itty bitty card features the new Label 8 die combo (more on that tomorrow).
That new little goody box die is Party Favor 14. Perfect for little treats.
Jake loves him some M&Ms!

For Emma's itty bitty card I used the new Label 6 die combo to cut a window from the base card then backed it with white card stock. I distressed each card and box with ink along all the edges.
I'll surely fill Emma's goody box with Goldfish crackers.

For my man, I tired to make his extra creepy and used the image that coordinates with Tags 1 die. Each card has one image that is popped up by foam squares. I'll be filling this goody box with Swedish Fish.

Now I bet you want to see the stamp sets I used....

A peek at the inside.
I used the Rag Doll Haunted House set, as well.
A couple different ways to close your Party Favor 14.

Was that fun? Did I mention I love Halloween?

Collection 5 Day 3

Are you ready for day 3 of Clear & Simple Stamps Collection 5 Release? I am so excited to show you this next series. We lovingly call them UGLIES. They are little monsters that are so ugly that they are CUTE!

EEK.... isn't it purdy?!
I could not wait to paper piece this little cutie. You'll find it in a set called Little Uglies.... like our Little Critters, get it? Really, the series is almost identical. There is a Taglines set, which is great for tags... ;)  and there are builder dies, they are large, and then medium dies that go with this size stamp. So FUN!
I nice little close up is always fun! But the best part is that you can make these Uglies come to life..... with a little work....

Actually, this plush Ugly came alive long before this stamp set. My sister and I drew and then made these stuffed cuties together. My sister helped me transition from sewing paper to sewing fabric.... what?!! I never thought I'd go that far with it. LOL. This UGLY inspired the entire Uglies series.

Here is the back. Complete with a dragon like back and tail.

Thanks sis for showing me the light!!!

Okay, now one more little project....
This little guy here is a Thank You card for my kiddo to send to someone special. Today is his 5th birthday, so he'll be in need of it real soon. ;)

I went with a much more simple design for this card. I used my Copic markers to color the eye and teeth, along with all the number fives on the pattern paper. How easy would this be to bring to life. Maybe it will be my next sewing project!

Here are the sets being released.....

Now, check out the rest of the series starting here: Clear & Simple Stamps.

Collection 5 Release Day 2

Welcome to Clear & Simple Stamps Collection 5 Release Day 2.
Today I am showcasing a new set called Little Critters Dress-Up. I hope you already have Taglines: Critters or any other Critter sets so you can dress them up for Halloween.

Way back when Little Critters was released I found myself trying to make one a mummy for Halloween. Then a light bulb went off and I had to make a dress up set. I think you will dig it!

How cute is the ghost stamped on vellum! Whoo do you think is under that clever costume? ;) And what about that mummy..... shut up, too cute! Right?!!

Clear & Simple Stamps has a new background stamp for this release..... I used it just in the corners. Isn't it cool. It's called Distressed Linen. The ghost and sentiment can be found in Rag Doll Haunted House. That set releases on the 13th.

 Now for a special treat.....

I altered the belly stripe of Build-a-Critter Fox to make it look like a penguin.
It makes for a nice winter card. I added the scarf cut from felt using Build-a-Critter Dress-Up dies. I made a silly little cookie tag to go with it using the mustache die from the Little Critters Dress Up dies. My kiddo's teachers will love some homemade cookies this winter.
Check it out....

Collection 5 Release Day 1

Welcome to Clear & Simple Stamps Collection 5 Release Day 1.
The next seven days are gonna be wild! I hope you can handle it.

I used a fun fall set call Fall Frenzy. You'll find this darling little scarecrow in this set along with some fun scene builders like a wooden basket, crows, sunflowers and more.

I also used the previously released Grass die and Label 11.

I had to make a matching treat box (Party Favor 2) using more stamps from Fall Frenzy. I love the cluster stamps in this set. Then I used a few leaf dies to add layers to the cluster of goodness on top of this little treat box.

The entire team is sharing projects today. I can't wait to hear what you think.

Thanks for stopping by,
steph
