Cut strips of paper. Accordion fold every 1/2 inch.
Apply glue to both ends and attach to one another. Cut base from chipboard and apply glue.
Press accordion ring into glue and hold for several minutes. Decorate using
Clear & Simple Stamps Circus Fun stamp set and Alpha Block II.
