Pamela- No, this wall is not textured. I'm not sure it would look too good on a textured wall if you try to get the vinyl in all the nooks and crannies. Although you can adhere them to lots of other things. Pictures, canvas, wood, etc. But once it's on something you can't remove and reuse.... that makes me said because we plan to move this year. Do you have texture on your walls? I have been wanting to get some of these decor elements and haven't because I was afraid they wouldn't stick.
